About Our Company

Masterbatches

Masterbatches are concentrated additives that are used to color or modify the properties of plastics. They are typically made up of a high concentration of a particular additive, such as a pigment or a UV stabilizer, mixed with a carrier resin. The carrier resin acts as a binder to hold the additive particles together, making it easy to add them to the base resin during the manufacturing process. Masterbatches are often preferred by manufacturers because they are easy to handle and can be added to the base resin in small quantities, making them more economical.

Compounds

Compounds are a mixture of additives and base resins that are pre-mixed in a specific ratio to achieve a desired set of properties. Unlike masterbatches, compounds do not require the addition of additional resins during the manufacturing process. Compounds can be customized to achieve specific properties such as impact resistance, flame retardancy, or chemical resistance, making them useful in a wide range of applications.
