NYLON – 66 – Unfilled Compounds
Application: Mixie, Impeller Parts, Counter for speedometer, Water plumber parts, Accurate dimension parts.
Properties: Having good flow, High heat resistance and UV stable.
Availabilty: Customized Pre-coloured & Opaque color grades are also available.
NYLON – 66 – Glass Fiber Reinforced Compounds
Application: Textile machinery parts, Gear, Pulley, Radiator fan, Fan Impeller parts, Kitchen ware components, Automotive and automobile parts where high dimensional stability with high temperature resistance required.
Properties: High heat stabilized Chemically coupled Glass Fiber Reinforced compounds with excellent Rheological, mechanical / thermal properties. Offers reduced shrinkage. Higher heat performance.
Availabilty: Pre-coloured compounds Filled with Glass fiber reinforced up to 35 %.
NYLON – 66 – Flame Retardants (Unfilled Compounds)
Application: Switch parts, MCB Knob , Terminal Block, Relay base / parts, Printed Circuit Board frame, Connectors, Carbon brush holder, Automotive parts and kitchen wares.
Properties: Unfilled FR grades possess moderate strength, anti aging properties. Combination of FR within PA66 increasing flame retardant resistance and thermal properties. Compliant GWIT (960°C) and FR Rating at 1.5 /3.2 mm thick parts, Moderate thermal strength with low warp molding.
Availabilty: Customized grades of flame retardant are also available in Pre-coloured.
NYLON – 66 – Super Tough (Unfilled Compounds)
Application: Tubing, Automotive Brake shoe, LPG regulator & Cap, Luggage parts, frames, Castors, Helmet parts, Parts where repeated hammering is involved.
Properties: Very High impact strength, Excellent chemical resistance, Excellent elasticity and elongation, Low density. Up to no break at room temp and high impact at -40’C.
Availabilty: Customized grades of flame retardant are also available in Pre-coloured.
